John Guirey, Camp Director: John has been the camp director for over two decades. He embraces the spirit of Daggett in everything he does. He lives at Camp during the summer with his wife, Julie, and two boys, Sean and Jack. A proud graduate of Northern Michigan University, John is an art teacher at Charlevoix High School.
Charity Patten, Assistant Camp Director: Charity has spent most of her life at camp, starting as a camper for seven years, moving through the volunteer staff program as a program aide and counselor-in-training, a counselor in the Iroquois cabin, area director of several areas at camp, and finally as the assistant director. She lives at camp during the summer with her husband Brian, and her two girls, Emma and Erin. She is a kindergarten teacher in East Jordan during the school year.

than Fleshman, Program Director: Nathan will be spending his tenth summer on staff at Camp. You may know him from being the area director in swimming or the counselor of A-Jit-A-Ma. He was also a camper, service aide, and CIT before becoming a counselor. Nathan attended Stony Brook University, where he studied biology. During the school year, Nathan teaches high school science at Whiteford High School.
